1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase on this website ("Site"), which is owned and operated by Links Co., Ltd. (herein referred to as "Healing Voyage"), you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service ("Terms") and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in full, please refrain from using the Site.

Healing Voyage reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. Changes will take effect once posted to this page. We recommend reviewing this page regularly to stay informed. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

Healing Voyage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal purposes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue any part of the Site without prior notice. We may also limit access to the Site or revoke your right to use it at any time, especially in the event of a breach of these Terms. 


2. Use of the Site

Healing Voyage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal purposes. 

The use of automated tools or systems to extract, harvest, or collect data from the Site for any reason, especially commercial use, is strictly prohibited.

Unless you have received written permission from Healing Voyage, you may not:

  • reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, upload, mirror, or otherwise display any portion of the Site for non-personal purposes.
  • alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from content you access or download.
  • modify, license, resell, or create derivative works from any material available through the Site.

For clarity, using the Site does not grant you any rights to use the names, likenesses, images, or other personal attributes of individuals featured on the Site, including celebrity endorsers, if any.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose. Any misuse of the Site that violates applicable laws or regulations is strictly forbidden.

We reserve the right to update or remove content, features, or functionality from the Site without prior notice.

Access to some parts of the Site may require a user ID and password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials, whether or not authorized by you. Healing Voyage is not responsible for verifying the identity of users accessing the Site under your assigned credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and account information. If you believe your account has been compromised or used without your authorization, you must notify Healing Voyage immediately.

By creating an account, you may receive transactional emails related to your order or account, as well as marketing communications, including promotional offers from Healing Voyage or carefully selected third parties.


3. Placing an Order & Payment Terms

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, shipping address, and a valid payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details entered at checkout are accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.

Please note that your bank or card provider may apply additional processing fees or foreign transaction charges. Healing Voyage is not responsible for such fees. If a payment is declined or returned, we may attempt to reprocess the transaction or contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

Once your payment has been processed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

By completing a purchase and providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your order, as well as promotional messages, including special offers from Healing Voyage or selected third-party partners.

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


4. Refunds and Returns

Snack Box: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Other products: If, upon receiving your order, you would like to return an item, returns are accepted within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds where permitted by law, including in cases of misuse, abuse, or failure to comply with the conditions outlined above, at the sole discretion of Healing Voyage.


5. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing Time

  • Snack box, postcards, and calendar: Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Handmade puzzles and canvas art: Orders are typically shipped within 5–6 business days after payment confirmation. 

***If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, all items will be shipped together, and the processing time will follow the longest applicable timeframe. For example, an order containing both a snack box and a handmade puzzle will typically ship within 5–6 business days.

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location.
  • For orders that include a snack box, the delivery time after shipment is typically within 1 week, regardless of destination.

Please note that the above timeframes are only estimates, and delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, postal disruptions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address and need to make a change, please contact us through our contact form, live chat on our website, or by email (info@healingvoyage.jp) as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed, as we aim to process and ship boxes promptly.

In the rare event that an order is lost or stolen, Healing Voyage may offer a replacement or refund—but only if official confirmation is provided by the shipping carrier indicating that the parcel was misplaced or stolen during transit.

Please note that we cannot issue replacements or refunds for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or for shipments that are deliberately refused by the customer.

Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to an error on our part, we will resend it at no additional cost.
  • If an order is returned for any other reason—including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address—it will not be eligible for a refund.
    • For non-food items, reshipping may be available upon request and will require payment of an additional reshipping fee.
    • For the snack box, returned orders are not eligible for reshipment, as the food items may no longer be suitable for delivery upon return. In such cases, customers who wish to receive the product must place a new order.

Healing Voyage reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time, with or without notice. Any updates will apply immediately and retroactively to all orders.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing our orders to protect them during shipping, but sometimes transit can be rough. If your item arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact our support team within 7 days after you receive your order, and the support team will review your claim. 

Important Notes

  • The validity of claims for damaged or missing items will be at the discretion of the support team.
  • With respect to snack box orders:
    • Damage to the box or the individual packaging of the snacks it contains may not be eligible for compensation if the snacks inside remain unaffected.
    • Certain types of damages, including broken chips, cookies, other fragile snacks, and melted chocolate due to weather conditions, may not be eligible for compensation.

Healing Voyage reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with or without notice. Any updates will apply immediately and retroactively to all orders.


7. Taxes & Other Charges

Tariffs/import duties, customs fees, sales tax, or other taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. Such fees may be payable when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

***For shipments to the United States, applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.


8. Product Information and Purchase Limits

We make every effort to ensure that the product details, pricing, and promotional information displayed on the Healing Voyage website are accurate, complete, and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur — including typos, incorrect prices, or other unintentional inaccuracies. Healing Voyage reserves the right to correct any such issues at any time, without liability or prior notice.

We may limit the number of items available per customer, household, or order—especially during promotional events or limited-time offers. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or campaign at our discretion, even after an order has been placed or confirmed.

We do not guarantee the availability of all products listed or described on our website.


9. Snack Box Content and Product Variations

The Healing Voyage snack box is a curated experience; therefore, the specific items included in the box change from time to time. Images of snacks shown on our product pages, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that the exact items depicted in those materials will be included in the box delivered to you.


10. Allergen & Safety Notice

Items inside the Healing Voyage snack box may contain allergens, including, but not limited to, one or more of the following:

  • Peanuts
  • Tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Wheat (Gluten)
  • Soy
  • Sesame
  • Fish
  • Shellfish (e.g., shrimp, crab, lobster)

If you have allergies or dietary sensitivities, please be aware that ordering and consuming our products is done at your own risk. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read this allergen information and accept that Healing Voyage cannot guarantee our products are free from these or any other allergens.

Some items, such as hard candy or jelly products, may pose a choking risk. Please consume with care.

 

11. Referral Program

Healing Voyage’s referral program lets you earn a cash reward when someone places an order using your referral link or discount code.

By participating, you are agreeing to Healing Voyage’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for our Referral Program.

 

Referral Rewards

  • A referral reward is earned for each qualifying order placed using your referral link or code.
  • Only orders that are successfully paid for, shipped, and not refunded, reversed, or cancelled are eligible.
  • Referral rewards are calculated based solely on the product value of the order and exclude shipping fees or any other surcharges.
  • There is no limit to how many referral rewards you can earn.


Payment Method

  • All referral rewards are paid via PayPal or PayPay.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal or PayPay account.
  • You are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Healing Voyage’s Referral Program.


Fair Use

  • Please do not spam anyone with your referral link or code, such as mass emailing or messaging people you do not know, or using bots and automated systems to distribute your referral link/code.

Limits on Use

  • Referral links or codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.


Account Actions and Program Integrity

  • Healing Voyage reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to withhold referral rewards, suspend participation, or close the accounts of Referrers or Referred Customers if we believe the referral program is being misused or if there is a violation of our Terms of Service, applicable laws, regulations, or governmental requirements.
  • We are not responsible or liable for any loss of referral rewards or other consequences resulting from such actions.


Program Changes and Termination

  • Healing Voyage reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. The structure, availability, and conditions of referral rewards may change, and these terms may be updated at our discretion.
  • If the referral program is ended, any referral rewards that have not yet been paid may be forfeited.

12. Content Submitted by Users

By uploading, submitting, or sharing any content—including but not limited to photos, videos, artwork, music, written comments, or other materials—you grant Healing Voyage a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, display, modify, reproduce, distribute, or adapt your content in any lawful way that supports or promotes Healing Voyage and its services.

You are solely responsible for any content you share or make available through the Healing Voyage website, social media channels, or other platforms. By uploading, submitting, or sharing content, you confirm that:

  1. You have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to grant Healing Voyage the license described above; and  
  2. Your content, and Healing Voyage’s use of that content, will not infringe on any third party’s rights—such as copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights—nor violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Healing Voyage is not responsible for verifying the ownership or accuracy of user-submitted content and assumes no liability for legal disputes that may arise from such submissions.

Any personal information you provide—such as during registration or checkout—is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in that policy.

In cases where a product is mistakenly listed with the wrong price or incorrect information due to a typographical or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed under that incorrect listing—even if your order was already confirmed or your credit card was charged. If your card was charged and your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Voyage is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages caused by our products.

These Terms remain in effect from the moment you access the Site, and certain clauses—such as those related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other legal protections—will continue to apply even after your access is terminated.

We also reserve the right to limit the use of promotional codes, including enforcing a “one code per customer” policy, at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Voyage, along with its affiliates, team members, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, expenses, or legal costs—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—that arise from:

  • Any misuse of the Site by you or anyone accessing the Site through your account, including negligent, improper, or unlawful conduct.

This obligation applies even after your use of the Site ends.
