Assembled version: The puzzle comes pre-assembled with a backing board to hold the pieces in place. The board is approximately 2mm thick — about the same as a puzzle piece. We pack each order with care, but during international shipping, it's possible that a few pieces may shift or come loose. This is a normal part of transit and does not qualify as a defect.
